Skin temperature and blood oxygen level

Hello, I am using Galaxy Watch 6. When I try to read the skin temperature and blood oxygen level, I get an error saying “sensor error: this measurement is available on the device.”

Skind temp and blood oxygen level features are available from Galaxy Watch 5 and onwards.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Thank you!

Hello Steven,

Thank you for your reply. I have checked all the points you have mentioned but there is no luck. I have turned on settings for skin temp during sleep, that is also networking.

I have installed the below sample application in my watch to read the skin temp.

Are you a developer looking to build an app using Samsung’s Privileged Health SDK to read skin temperature and blood oxygen level?

Or are you simply trying to use the existing Samsung Health Watch app to read Skin Temperature and Blood Oxygen ?

Note that the link that you have pasted: Measure skin temperature on Galaxy Watch with Samsung Privileged Health SDK | Samsung Developer uses a mock library (it is not real sensor data).

@Vishal Thank you for your reply. Please let me know how I can access the real libraries to access the heart rate and heart rate variability data.
