"This app is not available for your device" watch face error

Recently i have published some watch faces using latests version WFS. All the watch faces already approved and live now. I dont use any companion app for these. But in play store it is showing below message “This app is not available for your device”. How to solve this to available for all users. Please advise. Thanks.

I’m still kind of new to this, but… This seems to be a common error, and I believe it is costing us an awful lot fo sales. Many customers don’t seem to get this message if they use the browser or their watch rather than the phone app… I think.

If you look closely, the tiny icon by that message shows a desktop screen and a phone/tablet screen. If you are browsing on a phone/tablet/desktop, I believe there is a filter option somewhere on the screen that lets you choose which device you want to install the apps on? It will probably show “This device” when on the phone/tablet and then you could choose “watch” and the message should go away. However, from what I’ve read on other topics here, I think you may have to sign into the Play Store on your watch before this becomes an option?

nope. the other watch faces which i had uploaded earlier and with companion app showing to all device and showing to all users. but now a days this is risky which leads to account banned due to companion app. This one i have not use any companion app.
But this is supposed to be solved by latest version of samsung WFS so that it can be shown to all device. Thats why i wrote to @Jakia.Sultana to take attention and solve.
