Tizen TV / Samsung TV personal preview data refresh issue

I have implemented a preview feature (Implementing Personal Preview | Samsung Developers) in TV app but personal preview data doesn’t refresh as expected.

  1. Install TV app
  2. launch the app and set preview data 1
  3. login the app and set preview data 2
  4. user logout the app and reset preview data 1

Notice that new preview data doesn’t refresh immediately, sometimes I have to quit the app and relaunch the app 1 or 2 times in order to see the latest/updated personal preview data

Why the personal preview data doesn’t refresh immediately?

Could you please share the procedure to implement the personal preview? I tried but it did not work for me.
