Transfer app and partnership process

Dear Team,

We are writing to request your urgent assistance in transferring our Durioo+ app from Vimeo OTT to our account.

Our Durioo+ app was originally published on the Samsung TV Store in mid-2023 and was managed under Vimeo OTT. As our contract with Vimeo OTT has now ended, we would like to take full control of the app’s management.

With Vimeo’s agreement to transfer the app to our account, we have encountered an issue related to our developer email not being registered as a partner in the seller portal. Despite multiple attempts to fill out the registration form, we have been unable to locate the necessary Content Manager information. We have also submitted a 1:1 QA request for the Content Manager email but have not received a response since last week.

We understand that the original brand and content for Durioo+ belong to our company. Therefore, we are requesting a swift resolution to this matter as we aim to launch the app with a refreshed interface within the next month.

We would be grateful if the Samsung TV Store team could provide guidance on the quickest way to facilitate this app transfer.
