TV 9.0 Emulator Not Appearing in Tizen Studio – Missing Image

Hello,

I am developing a basic HTML5 signage app using Tizen Studio on Windows 10 (64-bit) with TV Extension 9.0 installed. However, I cannot see any emulator image in Emulator Manager.

What I’ve tried:

  • Checked C:\Users\ABC\tizen-studio-data\emulator\images\ → folder missing

  • Only vms and other files are present

  • Downloaded TIZEN-SDK-IMG_20250118110429616_windows-64 → contains only binary, image.info, os_info, but no .qcow2 image

  • Reinstalled TV Extension 9.0 via Package Manager

Problem:

  • Cannot create or launch a TV 9.0 emulator

  • Project build hangs at 52%

Request:

  • How can I get the TV 9.0 emulator image to appear?

  • Is there a manual way to install .qcow2 image so I can test my app?

  • Is there alternative way?
