Unable to Connect to Internet on Galaxy A55 in Remote Test Lab

H ello Developers and Samsung Developer Support,

I’m currently facing a connectivity issue with the Galaxy A55 device in the Samsung Remote Test Lab.

  • The device is not able to connect to the internet.
  • I’ve already tried using the Reset Wi-Fi option, but the issue persists.
  • All apps and browser report no internet connection.

Please check the network status for this device and assist in restoring internet access as soon as possible.

Would you please share the device name (For example: SM-970-US-01) with us? You will find the device ID from the following link:
https://developer.samsung.com/remotetestlab/usage-history

One of our operator will reset the device. In the meanwhile, please try to use another device.
