Have you solved the problem? I have also been stuck for 10 days: I cannot insert the tags because the app is considered “in verification” and I cannot drop it because there are no tags. It’s an endless loop. I have already opened 3 tickets to Q&A but I have never received a response in all this time and I absolutely need to send a new release. I also contacted our partner manager.

How is it possible not to have a response in all this time considering that it is a bug of the Seller Office portal?
