Concerns Regarding Unresponsive Samsung TV Seller Office and Delays i

I hope this message reaches you well. I am writing to express my frustration with the unresponsiveness of the Samsung TV Seller Office. I have submitted multiple inquiries through the Q&A section, but none of them have been addressed. Additionally, my beta test submission has been pending without any review or approval.

I am also concerned about the overall delay in the approval process,which is significantly slowing down our development cycle. Despite being a partner with the Samsung Seller Office, these delays continue to affect my business.

Could you please provide some insights into why this process is taking so long and what steps can be taken to expedite the approval?

Same here. Our customers with Samsung TV’s are getting very annoyed they are not receiving our new updates and we’re getting no info on why this is taking so long. We’ve gotten to a point where we actually tell people to not buy a Samsung TV and buy Android or LG instead because the support for Samsung is so bad.
