Unable to install on Gear S2

I have received 2 feedbacks (cross a few months) that my watch faces are unable to install on Gear S2. I don’t have Gear S2 now (and now using Galaxy Watch) but all my watch faces are all initially written for Gear S2 and updated till now.

What could possibly be the issue? What advice can I give to the customers? Thanks!

The review team should have flagged any updates that were not compatible during any updates.

A few things come to mind. Recently S2 devices were updated to One UI and that might be a problem.

The other is there is a bug in the Store and if you’ve downloaded a watch it doesn’t appear in the seller brand page portfolio. It is there by search but not by viewing the seller page.

The other thing is that some watch faces had two distributor certificates, Tizen and Samsung and that kept some tizen builds from installing.

If that isn’t any of it we’d need more information and for you to open a support request to investigate.
