The seller portal is no longer compatible with IE and Tizen Studio uses an internal IE Browser to connect to the store.

I have reported this but I will escalate this.

Is there any way to overcome that default behaviour?
Is there any other way to create certificates for samsung Tv?

I have escalated this and it has been escalated by the team I reported it too.

I hope for a quick fix such as allowing compatible mode but it may take some re-engineering I don’t know.

You may want to report this in the Smart TV Seller Office that may let them know the seriousness of it. I reported it to them by email.

Do you have any estimation of when this issue will get resolved?

I am told they are working on the problem and hope to have it done and tested for deployment the week of 11, September.

They need to fully test it for security before the patch can be deployed.

I’m having the same issue. Thanks for your response. Please let us know when the issue is fixed.

Same issue here, for Windows. Is there any workaround for adding Samsung certificates?

I have not had a status update. I don’t expect anything until they are set to deploy. The target is early next week.

I forgot to post that this was resolved last week Sep 13, 2023 It just opens your default browser now to connect and then you go back and continue.

Hello, sorry for bumping this old thread but whenever I try to create a certificate it opens a new window in Firefox which shows a Error 403 Forbidden for this link: Samsung account

Would anyone know how to fix this issue? I can’t login.
