I created a digital clock and would like the user to tap on it
and be able to set the timezone.

No, creators of WFS still do not consider it being developer tool, but designer tool.
So the only interactions that are possible are for styling and links to apps.
We would need user interactive tags for this. Or at least 24 alternative images/styles, instead just 10.

Actually u can use world clock complication.
And make use of bitmap font.

It is more about how the user selects the Time Zones they wish to show .
The world clock complication can do that already.
So i gather is he once custom design

No cannot tap but can set from watch world clock…the limitation

Yes . Untill we hear back from @erjdriver it is difficult to know what exactly it required . A lot of Makers have Local and UTC on a Time Zones Face but a couple of user selectable as well . Or at least one other .
Yes - i’d like the user to select a timezone.
The watchface displays 3 timezones and I’d like the user to select one timezone by tapping on it.
Possible?
If i understand correctly u one to keep taping until u hit the timezone? Closest thing is @Peters solution.
