Watch Face Updates

Hi all,

So my first watch face is going well, and I’ve made a small update to it.
Google Play Console says my new version has released and is available on google play.
Thing is, it’s been a few days now and my watch hasn’t updated, and neither has anyone elses. Looks like 0% of users have updated.
Here it is:

Is this normal? Have I missed a step?
It would appear new users might get the latest version when they buy it right now, but everyone else that did a few days ago still have the outdated version.

I am a newbie too and it took a while to find out about this. Did you do that?

Everyone’s on 10000002
and no ones got the 10000004 update yet but it’s been active for days.

Sent the recovery full screen update prompt a few hours ago, but there’s still nothing on my end.
Any idea if this is instant or not?
