Few customers reported that many of my watch faces are not listed in Galaxy Z Fold2 phone in the store application with Galaxy watch 3. But the same watch faces available in other phones pared with Active 2.
Anyone facing this kind of issues? What is the solution for this?

Select Update
Click on Binary and see how many device you have listed. There is a red number for selected devices. It may be 1792 or so as the default adds support for S2 and up.
It probably isn’t If it is less than 1434 then the Fold isn’t listed.
If not Click on the red number for “Selected Device(s)”
A dialog window with a large list of hardware combinations shows up. Don’t get confused.
In the search field at the top right enter “Gear S2” - no need to press Enter.
The displayed list now only contains hardware combinations including the S2 watch.
Now check the check box that has #1 to deselect those selected devices
Despite the message still reads the same total, you have in fact deselected all Gear S2 combinations, about 358
Click the “Save” button at the bottom.
about 14xx devices should now be available
Enter submit
Your previous binary will still be available as the new versions are added
These numbers change frequently My test watch face was not updated for Active2 Tizen 5.5 so it is a good idea to test things after new releases.

Yes, Got it. Galaxy Z Fold2 phones are not selected. Have updated.
But frequently new phones are releasing in the market. Every time we need to update it for all the watch faces?
It is not a bad idea to check frequently. They do update devices list by batch prior to a device release. But for some reasons it does not always get all content. (perhaps content is updated after the batch update.)
