WFS 1.4.20 (1.4.19) - Large Image Complication completely missing

Looks like the LARGE_IMAGE complication type is not part of any of the new complication slots.

@catherina00 , @Boshra could it be added to the Large Box slot with upcoming WFS versions?

It would be also good if the following were added too:
RANGED_VALUE —> Small Box
SHORT_TEXT —> Large Box
LONG_TEXT —> Line

Any way to bump up that support case? I’m also looking to add a large_image so I can have a background complication on my watch face but right now that’s impossible.

are you still talking about the old WFS . On 1.6.10 you will find that an Image layer can be made Active and can be any size you like and run any Complication on your watch .

Right now It’s called PHOTO_IMAGE and it’s still not supported by WFS while WFF version 1 have it.

Thanks @amoledwatchfaces , I see that now in the specs ComplicationSlot  |  Android Developers.

Is there any workaround? Can I somehow edit it manually to add it to a watch face I create in WFS?

Only way atm is to develop watchface.xml outside WFS, or, using 450x450 SMALL_IMAGE. What complication provider do you use for photo images? Afaik Samsung Gallery does not provide PHOTO_IMAGE nor SMALL_IMAGE.

I use your photo one but I wanted to customize the watch face so the small complications are on the sides and the time on the bottom.

For SMALL_IMAGE there is one complication service called ‘Logo Image’ which should be better adapted (not pixelated results). But… it’s only one service. You probably need two.
