What is Pin to enable Developer options in Samsung Galaxy S4 smart watch?

I am trying to enable developer option in Galaxy S4 Watch Model Number : SM - R800 by tapping 5 times on Serial number and then land up with a PIN page which I am not sure how to proceed further as there is no clear direction or hint mentioned.

After clicking 5 times, PIN is shown.

You need to tap 5 times on Software Version not serial number.
