Who is the official business partner for us app sellers?
I am from Germany and we have to book our revenue. To do this, we have to submit an invoice for our accounting, which lists the business partner with address, among other things.

On the payment receipts it says Samsung Information System America, Inc.

But the terms and conditions say Samsung Electronics Co, Ltd, whose principal place of business is 129, Samsung-ro, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, 16677, South Korea.

So who is the right Galaxy Store operator here? :thinking:

Are you reading the information correctly. I doubt that Samsung is a partner with you. The Terms and Conditions for the Seller Portal is pretty clear that it is just a store.

Anyway the address is in the T&C is Samsung Electronics Ltd.
