ActiveSync Samsung Android e-mail app

Hi,
we’ve created a ActiveSync server which is able to synchronize mails. For others apps (e.g. Nine (Android) or Mail (Win10/11) ) this works fine, but for Samsung e-mail app on Android (on a Samsung A40), no mail is shown.

Trace information can be provided on request in clear text.

I don’t know where to address this issue, so please excuse I’ve selected “General”

There really isn’t any place for this as it isn’t a Samsung SDK or Tools issue but possibly an end product issue.

There is a new addition to this support group, Issues and Bugs Channel, You may try to report it there. I’m not sure how much it is geared for the general developer but it may be helpful.
