I received this tip from Vienna Studios last year, but never acted on it before recently.
Microsoft PowerPoint can create animated GIFs easily, and there’s a variety of movements to choose from. Once an animated GIF is created, I use the free Pencil2D application to extract the image sequence, from which I can then choose the frames to import into GWS.
It can come in handy for others.
