BT compatibilitie problems

I didn’t find it in the search, so I’m opening a new topic. A large number of people are facing this problem, which the Samsung support team has not been able to solve for many years. The question is, is it possible to change/ fix a stock software file by yourself? Most TVs (mine: qe55q80aatxxn) have a problem when trying to connect headphones in BT mode (mine: SONY WH-CH720N) when the headphones connect and disconnect after 1-2 seconds. It would seem that this is just a small bug that should not be difficult to fix? Or is it? Or maybe someone allready has a fixed update software? Mine is stock one: T-NKM2DEUC-2220.9,BT-S
