I’m facing this issue
When I try to click on next I get prompted with this message.
I was able to create new certificates yesterday but today something changed.
I tryed with different DUID’s and even my collegues are experiencing the same issue
I’m not using any proxy and i’m on a public network plus I never touched the proxy settings so I have no clue on what is causing this issue.
Please help

The same error on my side. I have no proxy installed or configured… nor understand this error reason

Yes. I have the same problem. On 2024 TV and on TVs of 2025.
On different networks.
Without DUID it creates a certificate, but with a registered DUID it does not want to.
Tizen 6.1.
Proxy are disabled in the system

Did you (or anyone reading this post) manage to find a workaround or a solution to this issue? There seems to be no reply about this issue for now and I really need to test stuff on my tv
We are facing the same problem. Our demos are affecting in IBC. Can someone please take a look.
We are also facing the same error consistently, and this issue is impacting our demo. Kindly help us resolve this at the earliest.
This isn’t something we can resolve our self or try a workaround cause it doesn’t exists.
The endpoint is down and that endpoint is required to create a certificate, I also created a ticket in their 1:1 support system..
Let’s hope the fix it soon

Yes. I did that too, but I don’t think anyone will fix it before Monday. So be patient.
