I’m having the same issue exact issue. Someone also opened the issue here: Distributor's Certificate

This is an urgent problem that needs to be solved, as it makes testing on real TVs impossible in a newly established SDK.

I have the same problem, and it hasn’t been solved for some time.

Hello,

Our team is working on the issue. Please allow us some time to analyze the issue.

I’m having the same issue during “Distributor Certificate” setup. It seems to be some connection issue with Samsung server (ip: 112.106.187.16 port:443). Rejecting connection during TCP handshake. See Wireshark:

Hi!
Is there any update on this issue? I do have still my certificate working, but my coworker’s expired and we cannot generate a new one. Is there any ETA of resolution, or workaround for creating a new certificate?
Thanks!

Hello,
The proxy error issue has been fixed. You have to install updates from Package Manager to resolve the issue.
Go to Tizen Studio < Tools < Package Manager, then click on “Updates available”
After updating successfully, check the issue again. It should be solved. But if the problem persists, please let us know.

Thanks

Hi Shamima, I don’t see any updates when selecting the “Updates available” button in the Package Manager. Did the updates go live?

You need to change Macos system aspect to

You will see that the warning is that you need to close all tools and TizenStudio first to be able to update the Samsung certicate extension

Did you manage to fix this? I tried even on the latest Tizen Studio version, with everything up-to-date. Same issue.
