I made myself a watch face and when following the instruction to get it on my watch I kept getting stuck.
1: I can’t find the watches IP address even when looking up guides none of them gave the IP address just the MAC address
2: Activating developer mode only allows me to turn pixel ratio on or off. There is no other option to turn anything else on.
3: The Bluetooth method is not working either. There are no options to turn on Debugging for Bluetooth even after activating developer mode.
I have been looking up tutorials all night and none of them help with the galaxy 3 watch only the galaxy 4. If anyone knows how to get my created watch face from my computer to my galaxy watch 3 that would be amazing. Thank you!
I moved this to the Galaxy Watch Studio for Tizen forum
It is called sideloading and you will need to have certificates which also means you need to connect first.

Settings → connections turn WiFi always on
go back after it is connected Tap on Wifi always on tap it will show the network tap on that Wifi networks scroll down and it show s the IP address.

Activating Developer mode also allows file transfers and also shows Debugging in the about watch settings, scroll down to almost the end and enable debugging.
3: The Bluetooth method is not working either. There are no options to turn on Debugging for Bluetooth even after activating developer mode.
Bluetooth debugging was disabled in Tizen 5.x devices for security
