Certificate generation error due to proxy settings

I am trying to generate the author and distributor certificate but I have the following error:

I have checked and there are no proxy settings configured neither in the Tizen Studio nor the PC.
Tried to generated it from 2 different PCs, on 2 different networks and the same error.

added *.samsung.com to trusted websites as well. Allowed TizenStudio in the firewall / even disabled the firewall but everytime I get the same error.

Also tried to generate the certificate via CLI but I have the following error:

It will be solved by updating the Certificate Manager of Tizen Studio to 2.0.73. Please use the Package Manager or receive the zip file from the link below and update it manually.

Installing TV SDK | Samsung Developer

Hello,
The issue has been fixed. You have to install updates from Package Manager to resolve the issue.
Go to Tizen Studio > Tools > Package Manager, then click on “Updates available”
After updating successfully, check the issue again. It should be solved. But if the problem persists, please let us know.

This has happened with me also. It is a fresh install of Tizen Studio, along with Package Manager updated as required per the last error in this thread. I can create the certificate with no issues what so ever. But when I right click on my TV and Permit to Install it comes back with the error “Failed to allow to install: failed to upload certificate”.

My TV is running Tizen 9.0 (QN70F), Tizen Studio is 6.1, I am working from Windows 10.

There is no need to do “permit to install” on TV after Tizen 5.0. Please install the app without “permit to install”.
