How i can change 3rd-party icons on themes like Twitter icon?
The most important thing in theme is the icons so Samsung should give the designer the ability to customize 3rd-party icons
Or is it forbidden because its illegal to modify other brands icons?
You can’t change 3rd-party icons, only icons for Samsung apps. Brands like Google would have a fit if Samsung allowed developers to change their icons 
Yes that what i was thinking about
But how about allowing users to install 3rd-party icons on Samsung UI launcher?
For example the icon pack will be sold on the Galaxy store as independent developer (not as theme partner)…just like on Google play store ?
