Because almost process take long time to finish and we don’t have any experiences for that.
Even a lot of Issue occurs from your system platform.

I agree with you too! I am ready with all my company information, I even called DNB to update all info and they told me that from their side everything is okay on my profile. I am dealing with the issue for a long time. I hope this get fixed soon, or give a chance to those that already have the DUNS number ready so our apps don’t get terminated or suspended until they get all the bugs fixed from their integration so our company can be successfully approved.

I’ve been trying to request my Commercial profile for weeks.

I’m also having problems with the “Company House No” field. The last response I received from support made me desperate:

“The profile validation team can’t match your DnB profile to the Seller Portal profile.
Please recontact the DnB support team to see if they can update your profile once again to modify your data the correct way.
If the DUNS fails in the system, there are no ways for us to help you.
Please understand and we thank you for your kindness.”

I have already contacted DnB several times and they have already updated my profile. They said that on their part everything is fine.

I’m an entrepreneur, I have employees. I take my business seriously.

This situation has made me very worried about the future of my company. The Galaxy Store has a big impact on my business.

Please, Ron. I think you are my last chance to settle this issue.

I was told it is unlikely that any content will be suspended or removed unless they have some cause other than DUNS submission.

The validation team understands there are some issues what I suggest is you open the Seller Portal customer service and attach a screen shot of your seller portal profile, your DUNS profile.

If your seller portal profile is incorrect you may have to update your Samsung Account the seller portal team should be able to tell you if that is necessary.

It is best if this goes through the Seller Store support instead of Developer Relations but if things are still tight and it gets closer to the 28th I can try to intercede on your behalf.

Thanks for your feedback. In my last contact with the DnB representative in Brazil, they told me that I am not the first to question them about this problem in filling in the address. And they even said they updated the information several times, even so the error persists in the Seller Portal for the respective developers.

They said that since some information has different standards according to each country, Samsung’s system is probably not prepared to process these differences in standards.

So me and my colleague AngryDev, we from Brazil are having a chronic problem with the “Company House No” field.

The DnB representative even sent me a screenshot where my details are filled in correctly. But somehow Samsung’s system is importing the full address in the “Company House No” field. Hence the Too many characters error occurs since this field is only for the address number.

For my part, the biggest complaint I have is how support has handled this issue. I even got the following reply once: “We searched your DUNS information in DnB, and we couldn’t find the profile. We consider it as ‘false information,’ please check your information again before asking as further questions.” Yes, the person looked up my DUNS number and somehow the system didn’t come up with any results and still accused me of fraud.

Every time I need to send a message to support I can only attach one image file, just 1, nothing more. And I need to wait at least 24 hours to get some response, sometimes it takes 48 hours.

I can’t follow a line of conversation, each time I’m asked to reattach files I’ve already sent. I need to take several screenshots and compile them into a single file in Paint so I can attach them to the support portal.

I was once one of those who encouraged other developers to publish on the Samsung Galaxy Store. I’ve always enjoyed the support and respect I’ve always been treated with. But since the end of 2022 I’ve only had disappointments with the way I’ve been treated.

Do big companies like Supercell, Garena, Electronic Arts have this same support style?

Does Brazilian Portuguese have any special characters that are non English nor Latin. That may be an issue throwing the parsing off.

I think “We searched your DUNS information in DnB, and we couldn’t find the profile. We consider it as ‘false information They were talking about not finding the number was false information, the reply was probably a translation issue.

Hi Ron,

In Brazilian Portuguese there are some special characters. However, the standard for filling in business data in Brazil does not allow filling in these characters, even for local businesses. Even so, the screenshot that the DnB employee sent me has my data in the international standard, without any special characters.

The only different characters that appear are parentheses.

After the hustle of couple of months I finally able to submit the request but my account’s type of sale went into standby mode and I am still unable to “Add New App”. @r.liechty_SDR would you like to figure it out? Here is a screenshot below.

Zip/Postal code format in Vietnam is 5 digits, it’s a new format. The old format is 6 digits from 2004, Vietnam has changed to 5 digits from January 01, 2018.

Until your status is changed to corporate you won’t be able to upload.

Write to the seller Portal and ask what the standby status means and what you need to do. If they do not answer in 2 days or are of no use then I can ask the store ops team to look into it. I was asked to have everyone ask the Seller Portal first. (that way they are fully aware of the issues)

Hello RON, is there any news about the bugs when requesting company approval? Deadline is almost here and we are still waiting for it to be fixed :eyes::confused::pensive:

Right now the only issues I know of are Vietnam postal code and Brazil street numbers and Corporations where the seller store names don’t match. Are you in one of those or do you have something different?
