Hello everybody. Suddenly I encountered such a problem: suddenly the GWD began to complain about the distributor’s certificate when sending the watch dial. Just a week ago there were no problems (see screenshot 1). An error appears when trying to send a watch dial to Galaxy Watch and Gear S3. When trying to get a new certificate, another problem arises (see screenshot 2): there are no fields for entering data. Who knows how to solve?
UPD:
Updated the distributor certificate, but this did not solve the problem.
Try this. Hold down the Home Key on your watch until it says rebooting. This will force you to acknowledge the RSA Encryption key the next time you try to load the watch app.
My hunch is that it isn’t an expired date but time factor. It is not being allowed to install because you didn’t accept the RSA key for data transfer.
Let me know if that doesn’t solve it.

In checking some old forum messages two users with similar error messages had to make small modifications to their watch design and rebuild after downloading the new certificate. That allowed them to install on the watch.

Thanks. The problem is resolved. Made a new certificate. But, as always, I first updated Windows. Apparently it was necessary to update the Internet Explorer. Without it, there were no data entry fields (screenshot 2).
I’m glad all is back working !!
The store uses a .dll that is included with 64 bit IE. You don’t need to use that browser but you seem to need that .dll it uses.

Usually this is just not scrolling down it is a bad interface that doesn’t have the scroll bars on the side.
However,
If you have Windows 7 with the 32 bit Internet Explorer you need to update to the 64 bit Internet Explorer. The store uses an extension that the 64 bit installs. You can use any browser.
