Hello, I started a support thread back in October 2023 and still no solution. I received an answer in December 2023 and immediately posted my response, but since then… nothing. Just now I opened a new ticket, which was closed and merged with the old one.
I can’t bear with the first-level support anymore. I want to escalate my issue to the next level support. It’s impossible to wait so long without an answer. How can I proceed?
Anybody from the Samsung Developer Relations team reading this? Ron?

Hello Ron, the original support request number is #48821, titled “Camera app cannot open due to security policy when specific VR headset (Arpara 5K tethered) is connected via USB-C to Samsung S20.”
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!!!
