I have applied the Galaxy watch designer review, but I still didn’t received any reply. How do i know if the team get my PDF and will i get any email if i get reject?

Good news, those that have been rejected were sent notices last week, since you didn’t get rejected you are a finalist.
Those that were not rejected were sent to a second more intense review and if they pass then a limited number of those will be approved. I don’t know how many are planned for approval this application cycle.
