It was resolved June 23, 2022 If you are not able to create the Author or Distributor certificate it is some other issue.

Nope, definitely wasn’t working again by 26th and only today/yesterday has it started working for me and others judging by replies in various threads here.
@dekor: Confirmed! Yesterday I could (had to?) generate the Author Certificate and after rebuilding my stuff it worked again.
Either there was a backup that restored the faulty response time or something else happened. At least they fixed it promptly after being informed this week.
