How do I apply my watch face to my phone (only) I don't want to sell i

I’ve created my custom watch face but can’t seem to apply it. the following screen shot shows where I am up to but nothing seems to respond from here. I’ve tried USB and WiFi. Debugging is on, on both my phone and the watch.

If I try to create a certificate, this is as far as I get - but I don’t see how I can log in

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hello I want to create custom watch face for Galaxy Watch Active2(CFE3) SM-R830 One UI Watch 2.0 Tizen 5.5.0.2 .
