I have upload my app many days ago,but still it showing registration.please upload my app as soon as you can.
I have one watch face that has been under review for 5 weeks, going on 6 this Friday… Submitted 4/30.
What type of app, that makes a difference?
If it is showing “Registration” you haven’t submitted yet…

Did going back to the seller portal and submitting fix this issue.

I think Free mobile app sales may have a low priority. Open a seller portal support 1:1 Enquiry it might spur some action.
I know when I applied for my commercial seller account it showed no activity. The day after I opened an enquiry it was denied because of a simple error.

How long have you been waiting? There seems to be a natural slow down every year during Christmas and the first of the year. Also with Galaxy Unpacked in February all current apps may have to be reviewed for newer devices. If it has been more than a week please open a 1:1 support request in the Seller Portal support.
