How to download The Samsung Privileged Health SDK application policy?

I received the following response when I inquired officially: “The Samsung Privileged Health SDK requires internet connection to download your application policy from the server. However, once you start your application and the policy has been downloaded - internet connection is not required to receive sensor data.” Does “download your application policy from the server” mean I need to register with an application platform like Google Play? Since this is my first time developing with the Samsung SDK, I would appreciate it if someone knowledgeable could provide more details.

In order to use the Samsung Privileged Health SDK, your app must be registered on Samsung Backend - you can use the developer support link above to provide your Wear OS app package name and SHA256 signature for registration by Samsung.
