When you created a second Google Play developer account, did you do it on your passport again? Or did you use someone else’s? If yes, then after that you connected these two accounts through the console?

I have published two Watchfaces in the last few days and have no problems. I’m wondering that some developers have problems! The first screenshot is the Google Play Store app from Mobile Phone.

Ok, and you’ve never had a problem when WearOS is active, but in the catalog on checking status?

No never! New WF were released within two days. One on the last Thursday and one yesterday. On Friday I had the problem with a new WF, you could only load it via the web browser. The mistake is not anymore.

It needs to be solved… because this problem had only two to three people at first, and now, there are many more of us. This bug can occur in your play console anytime with another release (maybe they have fixed this so new / old but not bugged accounts will not be affected anymore). Still, there are many developers who are not able to fully release their application on google play… it has been going on for more than a month … :frowning:

I give it another 2 to 3 weeks. Then I’ll use a new account and ask google to move all the dials. It’s a shame that they can’t solve such an important thing in a month and a half. I’m very disappointed.

In addition, I am afraid that even a new account may not be the solution, as this error may occur there as well.

I also don’t like to explain to customers every single day, why they can’t normally download the app to their watch. Of course, I’m to blame, because for a few other developers play console is working well so far.

I guess only developers whose accounts are new are working fine, old accounts are all effected that’s what my guess is. Funny is Google can’t fix this small issue in a month and a half, or they don’t want to. Only thing can save us now is Pixel Watch :slight_smile:

My account has been since September 2021 and I’m not affected. It is strange!
But you are right, it takes too long for a solution.

My contact was told it would be a progressive fix. Hopefully a fix sooner than later.

Hello friends! I confirm, I have the same problem - the wear os status is active instantly, without any checks, but in fact the watchface cannot be downloaded … only the application on the phone … it is also impossible to find the dial through the search in the store on the watch …

Hello everyone, just wanted to say that I have the exact same issue since last year September. Sad to hear that it is still not working correctly. Hopefully Google (and/or Samsung) will fix this soon!

Till then users have to install it via their browser I think…

It’s definitely Play Console. I’ve created new dev account. Created new app which had release type - wear os ā€œIn Reviewā€. I’ve asked Google to transfer this app into my old account. Guess what happened… They transferred it in like 8 hours. After successfully moving it, I went to see what wear os status looks like. It’s showing ā€œACTIVEā€ … why ? It was still in revied under that new account…

Play Console is definitely bugged - more precisely, our dev accounts are having some serious issue and Google is not working on the fix :slight_smile:

my account has always worked fine. I don’t have these issues but I am amazed at how Google is handling this issue so badly.

I only had one issue with a watch face last week but after a few days it updated / fixed automatically.

These issues could happen to anyone and I would like to try to understand how to solve it.

Oh, I didn’t know that. Yes, the situation is bad…, I am currently thinking about what will make the transition to a completely new account with sales.

I hope that the transferred apps can keep the ā€œhistory / ratingā€ from Play Store … Otherwise it would not make sense. Anyway, I think Google needs to adapt to the new ā€œstandardsā€ created by Samsung and the WFS team. Google must necessarily review the editorial part of the watch faces on the Play Store and, above all, must offer decent support to all developers, especially for certain issues (!!!).

I have the same problem. I made a request to google support. Three weeks later I received an answer that the status of the GW4 clock had been changed, everything was in order.
True, the dial is still not available for watches. Sent a second request, waiting for another 3 weeks :grin:
