Hello, we have developed an application for Tizen that we would like to test. (Condition of dev with Tizen Studio). So we have a wgt file. But it is impossible to test the application in real conditions. We have an org.tizen.sdblib.exception.SdbCommandRejectedException:closed error when installing the app on an OM46N via Device Manager (1.2.32). How to check that the version of Tizen Studio is compatible with the OM46N OS? How do I know what is preventing installation? THANKS. Eric

Nine times our of Ten this is because the developer is using a Tizen Distributor certificate instead of a Samsung Tizen Distributor certificate.

Thank you.
I don’t find my model screen OM46N. It’s a professional digital signage screen but in the link TV Model Groups | Samsung Developer, that are TV screen.
Do you know anotrher page with compatibility with professional screen please?
For the certificate, i’ll try in 2 days after a business travel.
