I reported the problem with the US RTL and they are looking at it.
If a device doesn’t show it is off line or probably more correctly the router for it is off line. That happens worldwide often on weekends and I see the UK has them fully restored now.
I know the task for the US site was assigned and I specifically asked about the gatelabrtl network be restored and internet other than YouTube be allowed. We’ll see.

Alright, thanks for insisting.
And yeah, the devices on the UK farm got fully restored, thanks again for that. Just one issue with the UK farm though, the Tablet devices, the Galaxy Tabs, they are unusable. All other devices work well except for them, all of them. They become extremely laggy, like extremely, and after a few seconds, they just stop responding altogether. This affects all of the Tab devices, please look into this.
I know this might be coming in a little bit too early, but I just thought I should bring it up. It’s 24 hours later and there’s no change to the USA farm. 6 devices, with most of them returning a “All ongoing tests have ended”. Internet reliant services still blocked for the apps we are testing, and YouTube still accessible from the very few usable devices. Our hopes are still high for a change
Kind regards

You are probably better reporting these using the contact us at the bottom of the RTL page. They can be addressed locally that way I only have contact with Headquarters and the US Team.
there’s no change to the USA farm.
I know I check it daily, I haven’t heard a response from the Engineer responsible for this. It may be the engineer is out of the office or waiting for equipment.

Hello, and Happy new week
It’s one sad period to use the Samsung RTL, honestly. USA farm is completely unusable, the issue you know is still unresolved at the time of this writing, and it’ll soon be a month since I brought up the issue. Some devices are gradually being added, with YouTube still being available unfortunately. Just one devices gave us access to our web services, but the said device, a Galaxy S22 Ultra, also had access to YouTube available. So many other devices had access to YouTube but without our app being able to access external web services. So it’s fair to say the bot guy was favoured over us.

The lagging issue I raised about tablets on the UK farm is also affecting the USA farm. Tablet devices lag terribly and are unusable. As soon as they come on, they become extremely slow and unusable. This happens only to tablet devices…the Galaxy Tabs.
The “gatelabrtl2” wifi network is what was available, on some devices, YouTube was blocked (together with the webservices in the games we wanted to test) and on others, it wasn’t. The “bot guy” was still around, and it was a real struggle to reserve the few devices we got - waited for up to two hours and had to be quick to lay our hands on them, and only one fulfilled our needs. He is aware that some devices have YouTube available on them, so he is trying to get his hands on them as well, that’s my guess. So right now, we are competing with someone who has literally nothing good to do with this service, which the RTL is. YouTube is still very accessible on many devices, but web services for apps like mine are blocked. What’s really going on?
To make things worse, the UK farm completely disappeared from the website, fortunately, it came back a few moments later. What really isn’t going well? I’ve been using the RTL for years now, and honestly, the past months have been a disaster, simply put. Please help
. The US server, it’s been months, why is configuring it taking so long? Is it really impossible?
do something, nothing seems to be going anywhere
Kind regards
I understand. We raised this as a security issue which may be why the US site is being slow to come back.

I guess there’s nothing else I can do, just waiting. But let me express my surprise and a little disappointment. The UK team resolved the issue in literally less than a day, we are taking more than a month for the exact same issue on the USA farm. But well, I’m surely ignorant about so many of the dynamics of the RTL, so I’ll just stick to waiting and hoping. Please put more pressure on them, please, we’ve been losing a lot. Please do.
Kind regards

Hello
Little update: Things seem to have ameliorated a little bit, with the connectivity issue. We were able to use the services requiring internet access. Also, the devices were not completely reserved comared to previous days, we had the chance of using the ones available. We greatly appreciate these changes, it’s been such a long while. Thanks
There are still some issues whose fixing will be greatly appreciated: YouTube is still available. We fear the abuser might come back and take advantage of this again. We assume he just took a day off for today

Also, the number of available devices is so small. Six were on display but only three models were usable. The Galaxy S22 Ultra was totally and completely always reserved. The Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Z FLip 3 had no usable model; They all returned the infamous “All Ongoing Test have ended” window. Only the Galaxy Tab and Galaxy Z Fold 2 were available for use.
All of this is just to let you know what the typical end-user might be experiencing. The motive for this reply is definitely not to mount unnecessary pressure on your team.
Please receive my humble regards
Thanks for the update on the network. I think the BT server is still an issue when it goes down devices need to be manually reset.
I’ll still watch the RTL site and if you notice anything as a user let me know.

Hello, happy new week!
Another new report incoming: The USA farm disappeared from the webpage since last Friday. Moments before it got taken down, the “gatelabrtl” WiFi networks became unavailable. Also, please help ask the UK team to manually reset the devices. Three devices have “gone missing” since last week (S10, S10+ and S10e). Please do something about this. You mentioned in one of your previous replies that there was a Contact button or link on the RTL page but unfortunately, I couldn’t find any on the farm for the UK page, or on the entire RTL webpage at all.
That’s about it. The US farm has been unavailable (together with Brazil and India) and, three devices of the UK farm have disappeared for over a week now - couldn’t find a “contact” button on the webpage. Hope to get your feedback, have a great day.
Kind Regards
I’ve sent a letter to the Team in Korea about this. I have no idea why Brazil and the US would be totally offline
the provide feedback is at the bottom on the RTL home page

Thanks for doing so, sending the letters to headquarters. Brazil seems to have reappeared, with just once device though. USA is still out of sight. The UK devices that disappeared have returned, some of them at least (two are yet to be seen).
Just out of curiousity, did headquarters give any reason why all of this is happening? Is there a reason? Are they working on something?
Kind regards
