[RESOLVED] My watch face app page is different

I successfully uploaded my watch face and (dummy) companion app but found that my app page differs from other watch face app pages.

Mine can only see the smartphone on the play store app page, but others can see both the smartphone and the Wear OS device.

Is there anything I did wrong at the Play Store Console? or anything else?

click on the expansion arrow and it shows both phone and watch options

Now it works well.
I think it was because of the cache of the Play Store app.
