Its default function on the watch…so if u take to long to connect / pair the watch think u not using wifi and it cut off.
Only way to disable that is watch on the charger

Also lan to have similar signal your watch should be 5gz

It not only wifi signal somethings like “noise” interference. Bandwidth the pc and watch are on. Router not stable etc
And you did follow the adb command…
