I don’t know how it is with the other developers, but in all my apps I’ve been receiving spam reviews daily with links that are probably a scam.
Is there any way I can remove these reviews or report them to the Samsung team?
You will need to report this to the Seller Portal they have to do it.
If this was in the US I could report it to the US Store but I can’t report it for India, they don’t show up in the US only India.
It certainly looks like a scam to me too.

OK, I’ll try to contact them.
The correct thing would be that there was no possibility of inserting a url in user reviews. This loophole allows this to happen.
