This is present in Android 15 version of theme. And was the reason why the test was rejected.
In the report, it was mentioned to be within the keyboard part of the theme. But changing to darker colors would then completely reduce the contrast of the theme, as the main color is a darker tone. Really hoping that since the text colors is inherited from the theme, the background color of this pop up should also do the same.
This limits what colors can you select for a theme. Ultimately, most themes would have to stick to same palette, since it’s the one that works and pass these (not to mention) month long tests. Which is another problem in the past months.
Seems we’re back at it again with problems every time apps and OS itself gets updated. Only 4-5 months after all devices gets updated to latest OS, that these problems gets smoothed out.
Heard that One UI 8 is in the works too, release is around August-October alongside with the upcoming foldables.

The developers are still in high school learning to code i think. Aside from this bug where the BG is always white, they made the text on the Brightness popup white, so you can’t have the CardBG color be white.
There are so many bugs in this A15 version i have lost count. And the fixes should be simple for them.
I’ll add that what really annoys me, and I’ve asked for their help and input, with no success, is that they find these bugs and instead of warning us, they just reject every theme.
It seems they can code but do not comprehend logic at all. That is, they have book smarts but an inability to think logically. Shame 
There are two colors for the text on that popup that can’t be white, both Main AND Sub Title text.

Thanks. But having the font be white is really necessary, as it’s the color that fits with the theme I designed. Having a black color would then mean every color would’ve to be repicked (from the wallpaper I illustrated to the image assets, just for them to look great).

With all the bugs especially on the Fold it’s becoming impossible to use white anywhere in a theme for text.
Use B2B2B2 instead, your text will still look ok, not perfect, but will pass.
