I am looking for support on uploading galaxy watch app binaries to the seller portal. I have built a app with Visual studio (Xamarin.forms) which support down to 4.0 API in minimum version.

I would like my app to be available for both Tizen 4.0 operating system but also for the older watch devices.

If my app couldn’t support the older watch devices,
what do I need to do in the seller portal when registering my app.

Tizen OS is backwards compatiable if you wish to support Gear S2 and Gear S2 Pro you should back down to 2.3 version. However you will not be able to use newer Tizen OS Features.

However, you can upload two binaries one for Gear S2 and the other for Tizen 4 and newer devices in the same upload. That was done with GWS often. You just create two .tpk’s

As far as I can tell all S3 and Sport watches were updated to Tizen 4 and Watch3 and Active 2 will run Tizen 4 apps.
