Trick to have the "ticks" more anti-aliased?

I wish to have thin ticks for every second, so I have created a 1px*10px bar with Inkscape (and rotated it 60), then exported as PNG: here it is when a black background is dropped behind it:

Those lines I marked with red are kindof weird on the real device, like if they would be broken in half, this is a screenshot from the real device:

I don’t say it’s easy to spot on this image, but on watch when I’m seeing it can be.

What is the correct way to have to thinnest possible ticks? Shall I add some blur? Or something else?

Or maybe make the ticks thicker, but semitransparent or grey.

Keep the thickness 2px insted of 1px. Avoid using 1px line for all the elements.

Add component
Index
Select the Stick folder
select index_stick_long_medium.png
in settings set number to 60

to add 12 red hour ones
same thing on top of the original but set number to 12 and change the color to red
