Watch Face not showing up in Galaxy Store for Galaxy 3 Watch

I have a face for sale in app. I have had both sales and reviews on it. All the correct countries are listed and correct device type/ The url for it shows up on a desktop:

but it does not show up in my store. I emailed tech support and they told me to check country/device. All this checks out. I cannot find it anywhere at all.

Best Wishes,

I did contact support. They told me to check country/device settings. They all check out I have like 60 faces for sale so not much different than the others.

2 other galaxy users in U.S. cannot find either.

Can you see it in store?

@dur1585595648 Sorry It took me time to get back to you, I just check it and it appeared below are snapshots.

Step I used to get to the store!
First Click the link you sent to me

Then it will appear on your default browser then when you click on Instal it will take you to the app store to download!

Well I am in Nigeria so I may not know whether it is appearing in the US store but it is in the Nigerian Store/African Store

Do feel free to contact me if you have any other issue or question!
Best Wishes,

It could be somehow the US listing was removed in error. I will check. Thanks!!

Actually it is listed correctly. I’m wondering if it’s because I have the new Galaxy 3 watch? I have another one that is not showing up in store: [edit: broken auto-link to https://galaxystore.samsung.com/geardetail/com.watchface.DigilineWayfinder has been removed]

OK… I figured out the issue. I fired up my old galaxy watch and it finds the faces.

The NEW Galaxy 3 watch does not find it!

I always upload TW3.tpk and TW4.tpk files. There is definitely a bug in the new watch that limits ability to see all the faces

Hopefully Ron Leichty can chime in on this

Best Wishes,

Look at your devices it is only 1263. You are missing 300+ combinations.

How to UPDATE a list
Sign in to the seller portal
Select your content
Select Update
Click on Binary and see how many device you have listed. There is a red number for selected devices. It may be 1792 or so as the default adds support for S2 and up.
If it is around 1694 or 1792 you should be Ok don’t worry. I don’t think they test on Gear S2 anymore. They added 98 new combinations for the Updated Active2 Tizen 5.5 watches but you would still be available.

If not Click on the red number for “Selected Device(s)”
A dialog window with a large list of hardware combinations shows up. Don’t get confused.
In the search field at the top right enter “Gear S2” - no need to press Enter.
The displayed list now only contains hardware combinations including the S2 watch.
Now check the check box that has #1 to deselect those selected devices
Despite the message still reads the same total, you have in fact deselected all Gear S2 combinations, about 314+
Click the “Save” button at the bottom.
about 14xx devices should now be available
Enter submit
Your previous binary will still be available as the new versions are added. Normally this takes just a couple days to be reviewed and approved. It is not as rigorous as a initial update.

Makes sense but what doesn’t make sense is a lot of other faces are still visible to the gw3.

I’m 99% sure there is an issue as I’ve always posted binaries the same. I exclude the S2 in its entirety. I could be mistaken in my analysis but something doesn’t make sense.

I will however update any binary that is not showing though.

Thanks Ron.

First off be sure to exclude Gear S2 not just S2 or it excludes Galaxy S20 and Note S20.

The store does a batch update for new devices combinations for most watch faces a few months before release. If you happen to upload or update your watch between when the batch update is done and the release of the watch you will cancel the store’s update.

This is quite frequent even with the same seller that some of a watch designs are updated and some seem to be missed.

Thx! I understand a lot better now!

Thanks for the tip Ron. All my faces now show. I did just use s2 in the past. Now I use gear s2

No WONDER why some people couldn’t find my faces
