Full Google Calendar access, including calendar colors.
Hi Ron,
I could understand needing programming if I wanted to manipulate those things (like switch on\off wifi or mute the watch), but I donāt think just returning a 1 or a 0 for the current setting would be too hard to include in the design application, considering they can return the same if heart rate is measuring, battery is charging, etc.
Thanks anyway for requesting it
Scott
I would also like the ability to be able to save off an individual Grouping for use in other watch faces. I can reuse a group by renaming the watch face to the new project, but if I want to use groups from other watch faces I need to recreate them. Some groups can be quite complicated and recreating them is time consuming.
Would being able to copy and paste from one project to another be suitable. I think that has already been suggested.
With Galaxy Watch Studio you could save as custom complication to do what you want which essentially is what you want.

Hi Ron,
Saving as a Complication does not seem to be an option in Watch Face Studio, and it doesnāt look like you can copy something from one face and keep it if you close the face an open another one.
Scott
Why I asked is that there is a note in the a release note about allowing two .wfs files open at the same time but it was not fully implemented. I am hoping it will be in the next release. But still that isnāt as nice as saving as a custom complication like GWS has.

Hi,
maybe an option for an in-app-purchase. So we could offer a watch face for free but offer additional options with an in-app-purchase.
I think that would be great!
IAP was pretty easy in the Tizen Watches because we were working with Samsung In app purchase API but with the Wear OS there are many IAPās so I think they avoided it. I think I have it on the suggestion list from a year ago, if not Iāll add it to the list when I update it in March.

Could we get variables implemented? I would like to name a variable and have a tag which can set or check its value.
Additionally, it would help to be able to modify the variableās value upon a style change. As I get it, style changes are the only options an end user has. When they select a new style I would like to have a variable react to that, when appropriate. Then other components which are sensitive to the variable can also be changed.
Yes this is a very frequently requested feature. One problem would be that when a watch face is changed to something else the variable needs to be reset and that is not a good user experience.
Anyway it is a top feature request but it probably has to be implemented in the Wear OS or Mobile Wear App

There is a search box type English in that and it will only show the English Variants.
Iāve asked that they be Alphabetical

Cool . Thank you That must be better than the jumble at the moment . Much Appreciated .
Currently, there is a limit of 30 x Colours Styles. If possible please increase it to more .
And if has been already mentioned im sorry
any complications, each layer in AoD has to be turned off individually .Previously, one had to only disable the main group layer.

I believer that is a current request if not I can add it.

I reported this and I know this is fixed in the next release, expected sometime this spring.

Hi there! Wondering if would be possible to have the ff?:
- More control on gyroscope customization. Currently itās limited to like -90 to 0 to 90 degrees. Is it possible so we can have something like the ff (sorry not sure how to describe so will just give example):
- From -60 to -30 degrees translate position only,
- From -30 to -10 degrees translate position, adjust scale.
- Nothing, just maintain state from -10 to 20 degrees.
- From 20 to 40 degrees rotate.
- From 40 to 90 degrees change opacity.
-
Animated/gif support for the hour, minute, and second hands.
-
Doing some form of animation similar to gyro on elements (like position, rotation, scale, opacity) , but upon trigger (like watch face on, every hour/minute/second). I see that can trigger animation/multimedia like this, though would like to for example do some simple animation on the digital clock itself.
-
Also seems like unable to do gyro on a group of objects and have to do individual elements, would it be possible to apply to entire group?
Thanks Iāll add them to the feature suggestion list. Donāt look for anything in the next WFS release there are changes being made for the next Wear OS release.
Iāll close this suggestion request (and start a new one ) then submit them to the Watch Face Studio team.

Could we please have a way to rotate a watch element with a tap on the screen?
I would like to implement a rotating bezel or other watch face item when I tap on it.
thanks
Currently Image object and image-based objects like analog hands can be set to have multiple images (like image 1), and they can be swapped when style is changed. But this behavior is not available for text labels, even with bitmap fonts. The style tab only shows the Theme Color Palette. (image 2)
So I suggest a feature that allows to select fonts for text labels, style by style.
I can suggest it. You can tap to start Animation
You can hide or reveal a watch face component now.
