@Purrstachio2Cat ,
Can you please specify what problems are you facing with edge complications?

@smolnar18 , please try the following steps and see if it fixes it.

  1. Open the command prompt from within the following folder: “<Your WFS installation folder >\tools\window.” Navigate to the folder in Windows Explorer, right-click the window, and select Open PowerShell/Terminal window here .
  2. Type adb kill-server and press Enter.
  3. Attempt connection again.

Let me know if it fixes it.

Hi, thank you for replying. The new Edge complications are quite cool - especially since (with @russellcresser 's help) I got fairly good at building them myself by hand in 1.7.13. The problem is that while they work nicely in WFS on the Editor screen, and partially show up on the Run screen, they don’t make it to the watch (Google Pixel Watch 3). I put a quick test together with the Quadrant Edge complication. Perhaps you can tell me what I’m doing wrong.

I have 5 PCs. I RDP into the others from my main PC. I have different versions of WFS on different PCs. I can open up several RDP windows next to each other on my two 34 curved monitors.

Great . I see . Please tell me what RDP is . You are obviously a serious developer .

That seems to have done the trick, thank you!!

Just FYI, it did tell me adb didn’t exist but that if I trusted the command, then to type ./adb… That worked and I did three “Run on Devices” without it dropping the connection.

@Purrstachio2Cat Try deselecting Short text and Run on Device again.
The reason it is partially showing on the Run tab, is there was no default provider selected.

@russellcresser RDP is Remote Desktop Protocol. @KE3JU is talking about remotely controlling his other PCs from his main PC.

Well that worked but there are precious few App that at run the Complication . Thank you @imrulanwar836 .

Grab from Watch . GW6

.
Another one is . Please see the Date transposed .
.
Grab from WFS
.

Thanks for the suggestions. If I take “Short Text” out, just leaving “Range Value,” then there are no choices for Default Provider except Empty and Watch Battery. The Battery complication does show on the Run tab, but none of the others do. Just for fun, I added “Goal Progress.” Then Step Count became a choice for Default Provider, but Watch Battery and Step Count are the only ones. Also, Step Count does not show the icon.

Back to the “drawing board???”

Hi, imrulanwar836, That solution worked for 3 runs on the night I ran the command. However, since that time, it still drops the connection after the first run, every time. Each time, it lists my watch, I click it and it starts to run, then in a minute or so, it returns the error “run on watch fail.”
