WFS 1.9.5 - Need Help

I Have issue on Galaxy Ultra 2025 with faces previously or newly created.

I cant get step count to work anymore. I had watchfaces that I used on W5PRo, Ultra 2024 that were created w 1.7 WatchFace Studio and they were OK. - all features were fully functional.

Now on new watch step count displays 0.

Regardless if I use complication or text tag…

I can see Step Count function working in preview but not after I upload it to the watch.

I use Pixel 9 pro and Galaxy watch ultra 2025.

Any insight is appreciated.

Default Samsung faces do display step count normally, and Samsung health widget displays it too

BTW when publishing - WFS still offers SDK33 as min version

I have a GW8 Classic with no problems . Check your permissions . May be reinstall Samsung Health . You could try using something that elevates your work to SDK34+ . [WTHR_IS_DAY]

Tried both, uninstalling as well as raising to SDK34+ still same thing.

Like I said before - Samsung OEM faces show step count just fine.

I would really appreciate if someone can share basic face for me to try, as none of mine are working w step counter

Do you want a .wfs file or a link to a face on the store . Is your 2025 connected to Galaxy Wearable correctly.

I would like basic .wfs file with higher SDK..36 maybe?

I loaded a sample file from watch face studio but that one doesn’t show the step count either.

Even watchfaces from Play Store do not show step counter. Only faces that came with Wear app work.

Ulta Black Analog works fine, shows steps or any other selected complication for that matter.

Is your 2025 quite new . Did you check that it has the latest update . Sorry to ask such lame questions but it is difficult this end to guess all the issues .

Yeah it’s only a week old but it is absolutely up to date. No software or app updates on the watch. Samsung wear application as well as Samsung health for the phone are also latest version.

Later I can make a test for you . I can only test on .GW8 Classic .

.

Here is a little test . I am sure not that much use to you but it includes a little trick with the progress bar you might like .

I guess you know to download the file and just delete the .ZIP to give you a standard WFS file .

.
