The only word translations that WFS can do now are digital time words. If you don’t set them they default to the sync with what you have on your mobile device.
Words like Battery or Steps when used in a complication are translated to whatever language your mobile device uses.
So my thought was to have a style type of setting for languages so if the use selects German all the text is in German. If the user selects Spanish all the text is in Spanish. Default is English
Is that what you were thinking?

We get back to having a variable that can be set either by the end user or by a function such as capture by the Watch. I’ve always been for this.

This is a function of weather (since it localized) not of time. It would be great if the weather app allowed sharing of this information it is very important to many religions. It is always number one request.

Yes prayer times as well as end of day are important for more than one religion.
Compass tags have been requested too one of the Factory watch faces has a compass built in.

I use the Magnetometer on my GW4 Classic a Lot . The on board Compass app is very nice . Gives me Altitude Location Lat Lon and atmospheric pressure . Also Inclination . While I am here I asked Samsung about wind direction on their Onboard Weather App . The other Platform I work on we have these things but I don’t wan to Be Greedy . ( But also a Power Drain ) SR SS time tags will be wonderful . I wonder how the Factory Watch Compass works . The Magnetometer on my watch is Fine .
The problem with Weather is the licensing issue. Even if Samsung could get a licensing agreement for Weather API on their watches, WFS could not use it because it wouldn’t be supported on all Wear OS
I know of one 3rd party watch maker that licenses the Weather and offers it as an option or if it requires a companion app.

Are You Talking about GS . If you are yes . Brilliant Work . I would be happy if the wind direction is on the Samsung Weather App / Widget . It is easy to call that App from my watch . On the other Platform you have to pay for the privilege or use a Template you have saved ( for your personal watches ) .
I meant the translations of words that I configure myself, for example, as implemented in the CUSTOMIZATION EDITOR… I translated the “Background” tab into different languages. There is no automatic text translation here and everything is done so that I configure everything myself via TEXT ID, translating my “Background” tab into languages that I can translate…
Only in my case, I want it to be possible in exactly the same way through > Settings > DATA > Text ID to customize a word, for example, “battery” and I can insert it onto the watch face and it will be translated in accordance with the configured Text ID. For example, as I drew here…
Or be able to add it to an already existing battery percentage entry translated word into the language according to the configured Text ID.
This is an example of how I would like the text “battery” and “steps” to be translated using the configured Text ID.
I think you and I are on the same page of what you want.
Here is where we differ…
Your Text ID would get the language that is set on the mobile and when the watch face is loaded it would have translated versions
and I’m saying
I think your method would be best but If that isn’t possible to have a “language style” where the end user can select the language on the watch like they choose the color style.

I’m sorry, but I don’t understand you well. I translate everything using a translator…
If I understand you correctly, do you want the text to be automatically translated, as the translator does, and using the style, the user would choose the language to translate the text? Which is hardly possible, since a translator of any text into any languages must be built into the system.
Or exactly the same way using “Text ID” as I meant, only with the ability to select the language using the style (as an additional feature)? Or did you mean that a language style can already be created?
Can you convey my idea to the developers? After all, this is a feature request topic! I apologize if I translated something incorrectly again…

i don’t know if i’m the only one experiencing this issue, but i’m having it across multiple computers.
if you’re in another application and try quitting out of it, it’ll quit wfs instead.
this is on 2 different macs with 2 different versions of os.
my request would be for this to stop 
This sounds more like a bug in the macOS than WFS 
What version of macOS you have the latest one is not supported because of all the known issues with it.
However, even if it is the latest version, please report this as a Developer Support Request so they can track it down no matter who is at fault.

2 versions, ventura and monterey. both are also older machines that have been upgraded
I had not seen any other reports like this so I did a search on Mac closing an app in the background. Apparently this is not that uncommon for macOS when memory is getting short or the battery is getting low. I imagine that WFS just uses a lot of memory and so it is closed by the system.

I also have an iMac 27 ‘’ 2019 with current Mac Sonoma 14.2.1 and WFS 1.5.7. I don’t have this problem.
it probably is isolated to me & my configurations.
i also have the 2019 imac at work, still running ventura. my home imacs are from 2011 & 2015 (ventura). all are 20" (theres a few differences from my co worker’s 27", mostly hardware). the 2011 only ran the last version & the 15 & 19 are current, but they all behaved like this for me.
