We are currently going through an update to better support our partners. For that reason, we will not be accepting any applications for the Partner Apps Program at this time.
It has been like that for 2 years.
I don’t know if and when it will change. There are changes to GDPR and other regulatory agencies that make it much harder to collect share and distribute health information. With huge penalties if you don’t do it right. My guess that is the hold up.
Samsung Privileged Partners is available for Health App Partnerships.

The old Samsung Health Partnership (for Tizen based Watches) is closed and will no longer accept any new partners.
Just to clarify the old Samsung Health SDK for Android does not work with Wear OS Powered by Samsung devices. For Galaxy Watch 4 you use the Wear OS Health Services Platform this is compatible with the latest GDPR and other nation’s privacy and data sharing regulations
Check out the blog tutorials for Wear OS Health that should help you get started. You do not need Health Developer Partnership for that.
There is a Privileged Health Partnership available in the US and soon in the EU if not already. That is more for other health apps sharing but you do not need to be a corporate to apply.
