Don’t you need to transfer some image over to the watch first to select ?
I have option to share photo from phone to Galaxy Watch4 Plugin.

Can’t transfer image from Watch it self? (if I set default provider to gallery then I can select some photo that I want to show there.) i was expect this ( photo )
or… Can you share the plugin that you said about?
It should be installed as part of the Galaxy Wearable application just click your gallery share and select Galaxy Watch4 plugin.
