He is asking about the World Clock complication. Not the tag. This does not happen with the Complication Suite World Clock complication so it isn’t the OS. But if it happens only on Samsung Watches then it is a Samsung issue.

This is a known issue, and a correct version is in complication suite. But I don’t know who owns the world clock complication and was wondering if this was a system complication or from Samsung clock which is correct on the mobile.
