Can't connect Samsung Galaxy Watch to Tizen Device Manager

I got my Gear S3 Frontier Tizen version 4.0.0.7 connected to the device manager.
How do I proceed so that I can upload the watch faces I created to the watch?
I installed Wearable 4.0 and also Tizen 8.0 using the package manager. Was that correct and do I need anything else?
My dials have the ending gwd. Is this a problem?
Do I perhaps have to import these first?

.gwd is for Galaxy Watch Designer the original name for Galaxy Watch Studio. When you build a watch you get a TPK file Tizen Package file that is what you install on your watch.

See this thread for how to install a watch face created with GWS to an older watch

Well I’ll read it intensively, but what is Fit2Installer?
Is it a software? I can’t find it anywhere

And does everything also work with my older watch?
Samsung Gear S3 Frontier?

the Gear Fit2 watch was the version before Gear Sport So fit installer is just a Tizen Watch installer.

I know you can use SDB command line to do this too but I haven’t had time to figure what works. The Fit installer seems to do that for you.

Here’s the link to the full instructions on Fit2Installer on the XDA forum with download links for the Fit2Installer app: [HOWTO] Sign and sideload Tizen applications to the Gear Fit2 (from Windows) | XDA Forums

Technically run on device is called sideloading. not installing or pushing
